Spring Break Camp

This year we're excited to offer a Spring Break Foodie Farm Camp, for kids aged 6-12. This camp is hosted by our farm team, as well as chef and food educator Cheryl Chang, who will be hosting daily cooking workshops in our farm kitchen. There is a lot to do on a farm in the spring! We will tend to the animals, prepare and plant our gardens, and use our arts & craft skills to make signs and plant markers. And we will cook, bake, and eat together.

Friends of the Farm: What to Expect
A day at our camp is a day outside on a working farm, with access to a play structure and outdoor games, and lots of open space for running and playing. We are located in Sechelt, within easy walking distance of the Kinnikinnick forest trails, and beach access points to the Sechelt Inlet.

Each session is led by either Michy Stevens or Patty Dressler, both creative and nature loving human beings, and respected teachers in our community. Your kids will have the opportunity to do daily farm chores with our farm team, and each week will focus on different activities related to farming and foraging, or inspired by our surroundings, with 2 special workshops hosted by our Friends of the Farm. Read on to get to know our Camp Leaders and Friends of the Farm!
